Happy Sunday!! Brunch is the best!!
I love Sundays!! I go back to work tomorrow so to celebrate my last day of vacation we slept in and then enjoyed a yummy brunch of Sack's Blend coffee from Kaladi Brothers and some French Toast. If I hadn't slept in so late there might have been some home fries added to the mix but we'll save those for another time! There is a secret ingredient to this dish....it's Grand Marnier! You could always leave this out or substitute it with orange or almond flavoring.
One more thing! The syrup we used I just bought at Sur La Table's holiday sale! It's Stonewall Kitchen's Holiday Syrup. It's a delicious mix of pear, cranberry, raspberry, orange liqueur, and spices. Best of all it's on sale right now for $1.69! Sur La Table really has great deals on their clearance/sale items. Go stock up on some for gifts next year!
